SE is a collaborative effort by four teams of Engineers, specialized as follows:
1. Site Design, Permit, & Engineering Team (SDPE)
(Structural, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, & Architectural Biodiesel Permit Specialists -Federal & Local). Each team member spends the bulk of their consulting time with Biodiesel plant design issues across the country.
Our SDPE team thrives on the challenges presented by your site selection and excels in coordinating Engineering permit documents as fast as you need them. We believe that having a responsive SDPE Team who have been fully involved with the actual design of your equipment presents your company with the best possible environment for success.
2. Biodiesel Technology Fabrication Team (BTF)
Not only has this team fabricated every possible production, testing, calibration, and distribution equipment, but they provide state of the art touch-screen PLC-5 automated control systems for our Biodiesel production plants and Tank Farms.
Of all the biodiesel manufacturers in the world, our BTF Team has maintained the largest Service Organization in the Refining Industry for over 30 years. Our tech team has real-time Biodiesel stripes garnered from the begining of the Biodiesel transformation now sweeping the world. What does Class-A mean (besides his Dunn and Bradstreet)? Our Mechanical Construction/General Engineering specialist has participated in every major process plant in every field of commerce. He has routinely contracted $100 mil/yr in process plant construction.
Our Construction arm has onhand a team of 250 Engineers ready to insure your project is designed and built right the first time. With professional traveling pipefitters on the payroll, our Construction team leader commands an army of skilled artisans that your investors and bankers can count on for excellence.
Our partner firm handles build and installs starting from the $1mm level, and is known for their expertise with Industrial process plant technology. Your investment pays off once Biodiesel flows from your plant. Our CAMC Team's Class-A level service insures your plant starts on-time with a clean slate.
